Every guest gets theirown link— it is their whole login, no accounts and no apps. Only the name and the date are needed to get going. The rest can be filled in when you know — and changed right up until the invitations go out.

It does not have to be you. At a wedding it is usually the toastmaster or a best man — the couple should be spared calls about parking on their wedding day.
Pick one or more — we set the rest up. A wedding can perfectly well have a treasure hunt running up to the day. Everything can be fine-tuned in advanced mode.
The guests' pages and the screen get this look. The tool you are sitting in stays neutral — the event's colours are content, not interface.
Everyone buys a garment for someone else, in secret. At the event it is revealed who chose what. The guests give their size when they reply to the invitation, and you draw the names once the replies are in.
Off: the guests' photos appear straight away — the liveliest, and right for most events. On: every photo lands in your remote first and reaches the screen when you let it through. Recommended for weddings and corporate events.
One name per line — add a mobile number after a comma, so you can send the invitations as texts straight from your phone in the last step. Write, hostafter whoever will run the screen.
Fill in what is relevant — empty blocks are never shown, and what you wrote in step 1 is already filled in.
Not everything arrives at once. Each piece appears for the guest on the day it becomes useful — travel and accommodation in good time, the dress code while there is still time to shop, the seating just before. That is what turns the wait into part of the event instead of an email that is forgotten. Pick the dates yourself, or let us spread them out for you.
One game a week up to the event. We suggest the ones that suit your choice — the rest are still there if you want to see them.
A secret is something about the event that the guests work out instead of being handed —where you are going, what the theme is, who is coming. You write the question and the real answer. The guest sees only empty boxes, one per letter, and earns boxes by playing and answering questions. Word by word the answer grows.
Every secret has its own release date, spread out up to the event. That turns the invitation into something the guestscome back toinstead of a message that is read once and forgotten.
Nobody misses anything.Every secret also has a fallback release — by the day before the event at the latest, the answer is shown to everyone, however much they have played. Practical information must never depend on being good at games.
Two or three secrets is plenty. More becomes work for you and noise for the guests.

Questions about the host — "What was the host's first car?" — are what the guests earn letters from. Those who know the host well get a small head start, and those who do not learn something. Skip it and our ready-made riddle bank is used instead, and the treasure hunt still works.
An item is anything you want the guests to meet: a question, a guess, a mission, a piece of information. You decide when it appears, who it applies to and whether it gives points. The blocks and secrets above keep working exactly as before — this is for what they do not cover.

This event has no screen, so scene choices and the fallback scene are hidden — they only drive a display.
Every guest gets their own mission on their phone, a person to involve and a bonus. Nobody sees anyone else's.
1–5 pictures of your own — they sit behind the greeting in the invitation and as the resting state on the screen. Optional, but it makes a real difference. The first picture is shown first.

The toastmaster, a sister, someone helping on the day. They get their own link to the setup and the remote. Your own link is unaffected, and you can close theirs whenever you like.
