How it works
You build the event yourself. We make sure you get started, and we are there if something goes wrong.
You set the event up
Step by step: what you are celebrating, how the event should feel, what the guests should know and when, how the evening should run. The guide suggests most of it. This is free to do right away — no account needed.
Guests get their own link
A personal address per guest — no login, no password, nothing to install. They can put the event on their home screen and keep it among their apps until the day.
You direct the evening
The photos and the programme go up on the big screen in the room. You control it all from your own phone — what the screen shows, when the next item starts, which photos are allowed through.
The time before
Most invitations are a message that is forgotten the same day. Ouvertyr turns the wait into part of the event: information arrives when it can be used, not all at once.
- Practical things when they matter. Travel and accommodation in good time, the dress code while there is still time to shop, the seating just before.
- Replies and dietary needs are collected for you, with allergies encrypted and visible only to you.
- Secrets to unlock. If you want, guests can earn clues about the event week by week.
- A surprise stays a surprise. The guest of honour is on the guest list but sees nothing until the event begins.
During the evening
The screen
Guests' photos on the big screen while the event runs. If the venue loses its connection the screen carries on with what it already has.
Direction in your pocket
Your phone controls the screen. It acknowledges every command, so you can tell the difference between sent and showing.
Votes
Ask the room a question and watch the answers grow on the big screen. Anonymous — only the count is shown.
Speeches and greetings
Guests can ask to give a speech or send a greeting. Nothing appears until you let it through.

How the event looks
The tool is neutral — the event's colours are content. Pick a ready-made look or describe the feeling you want in your own words. Whatever you choose, the contrast is measured first, so the text can be read even on a projector in a lit room.
About your guests' details
A guest list is names, phone numbers and sometimes allergies. Those details deserve to be handled properly, even for a party.
- No tracking scripts and no third-party requests — the fonts are hosted by us, not by Google.
- Allergies and dietary needs are encrypted and reach only you.
- The details are deleted automatically afterwards — dietary details the day after the event, the photos after a month, the event itself after three.
Try first, decide later
Build the whole thing without paying anything — the feeling, the look, what the guests should know and when, the programme for the evening. You see your invitation before you decide. Only when the event is to be created for real does it cost anything, and that is when you fill in the guests and get their personal links.
